Hemipenis tip???

My Cham shed 2 days ago and I notice that his hemipenis is not go back all the way. It leave some tip around 2 mm at his vent. Should I worry about this? I attach the picture of it as well. He is drinking and eating fine.

Well I I was told try spray a little water. See if that works.
