hemipenis. prob?

So I just got a new ambilobe Sunday. He looks like he's going to be a very good looking red bar. I noticed Monday his hemipenis was a little swollen out with what looked to be a bit of a sperm plug mat be sticking out a touch. I've dealt with the hemipenis being stuck out but I don't believe I've had this before. If I go to touch it or spray with water it goes back in and looks normal. Anyone who has had this let me know if you have any suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Let him sit in warm water and see if it lossens up anything that might be stuck sometime plugs get stuck and dry out to the skin so it may need some persuading just dont pull anything out let the water do your work for you

Does anyone have any more in sight on my chameleons situation. I've tried to soak the area in warm water and gently massage. I've also applied mineral oil to the vent area. The little piece of sperm plug came out, but the vent area is still swollen. Anyone who has delt with this and can give me some advice I would greatly appreciate it.

I had a full prolapse happen today to one of my males. I figured since preparation H shrinks hemroids, that it might reduce the swelling... And it worked!!! He was restless and agitated. About ten minutes after the application, the swelling went down, and I pushed it back in. He calmed down after that. I'm just waiting to see if it stays in tomorrow.
