Hemipenes?????

Hello guys I made a post regarding this situation earlier, but nothing has really changed.
My 6 month old panther chameleon has his hemipenes sticking out, when i mist him with cool water they go back in. He is however spending a lot of time with them out. Anyone with this problem or has experienced this happening please offer any suggestions.

Could be testing the waters and growing up as long as they go back in it should be ok sorry I couldn't be more of a help
