Hemipenes and sperm deposits

I just recently spotted Kush's hemipenes and nearly fell over at first....then I realized what they were. They can be rather alarming when you first see them! Thanks for posting the pics!

hi! i noticed my male veiled about a year old has a hard white spermplug looking stuck in his hemipenis, i tried to massage his tail base but the sperm plug is very hard. should i pull it out? it's very big i dont think he can get it off by himself. at first, i thought it eas part of his hemipenis but when i saw your blog i know it was an oversized sperm plug. what to do?? :/

Is this more predominant in a panther than a veiled....or does it even matter, and at what age do they start showing off?.....mine is only 5 months old,so I'm assuming he is still too young.....as for the photos, those are some fascinating images, great shots.

I have a 5m panther, he appears to really like his free Rome tree had it fully out wiggling it about then proceed to poke one in one out and swapped them over a few times then tucked them away again lol I though I saw somthing a couple of weeks ago 4.5m ish today he has confirmed it lol will see if I can get photos if he dose it again, thought about it but felt a bit rude lol
