Hemipenal prolapse.

I am going to have to agree. I am sure these are sperm plugs. The other one should fall out soon as well.

I'd say sperm plug also. A hemipenis should not fall off. Especially with less than 8 hours exposure outside. It may be dried , but still attached.

Looks like you did the right thing by soaking his vent in warm water.

well if it was his hemipenis i herd and read that they have 2 like a snake so if it his his hemipenis than only one fell off but i thought sperm slugs were white my male has white crust hanging out of his vent sometimes and its a sperm slug. was there any blood coming out? anything that looked like torn tissue?

Keep an eye on him and let us know how he is doing. I have never ever seen a sperm plug look like that. My money would have been on a prolapse, but I am not aware of them ever falling off either, and certainly not that fast. Now I really want to know what is going on with him. Good luck.

This is a picture EC22 posted of a sperm plug he removed from his Meller's. Of course, that's a much bigger animal, but the general appearance is quite close to what Karma found.

I think you should take him to a vet. My panther had a prolapse and it was red like the picture you posted. He has also had sperm plugs that kinda looked like he had worms but it fell off. It was a white color. The safest thing to do would be to call your sisters vet. Good luck!

Thanks Eliza, that is the exact shape of what I found, pretty close coloring too. Woo I get a little worked up over everything concerning Karma. I still remember checking on him every half hour during his first night here.

I'm glad they were able to figure out what it was and that everything is ok. Its hard being a Mom sometimes :)
