Leave it alone, it will come off.

Just make sure the humidity stays up and you do mistings, at least 3-5 a day.

However, the rest of your husbandry, some suggestions..

supplements- calcium with d3 is used only twice a month, calcium without d3 is to be used daily, and you need a multivitamin for use twice a month.

Gutloading- what are you gutloading with?
If you are saying they are gutloaded from the store, then that gutloading is not appropriate. You need to be feeding fresh fruits and veggies to your bugs. Sandrachameleon has some great blogs on gutloading.

Misting- you should be misting at least 3-5 times per day. this is how they drink. if you cant mist this often, get an automatic mister.

Temps- your basking temp should be around 83-85 deg F. any hotter and you cuold bake him. also, that powersun may be roasting your chammie. You can use a regular house bulb for basking lights (not the spiral ones)

Lighting- you NEED a uvb bulb. reptisun or reptiglo 5.0 spiral or tube style. though tube is better. No uvb will lead to metabolic bone disease.

Plants- you should get some live plants in there. it wil help with humidity.

Finally- i hope you have lots of vines and stuff for him to climb on, the harder it is for you to find him in his cage, the safer he will feel.

The powersun does produce UVB but the wattage maybe very intense. That's why I recommend that you get a little digital thermometer from walmart or a pet store and get a reading of how warm it is in the cage. Because you don't want it to be more than about 85°F at the hottest. Most of us don't need more than a 60w to get those temps, so just check.

If it is way too hot then return the powersun and get instead a Reptisun or Reptiglo brand UVB light, in either the 5.0 or 10.0 and use a nirmal, cheap incandescent light from walmart for heat.

wattage of uvb or wattage of heat

Heat. The 100w are what creates so much heat from that bulb. But using a 40-60w bulb will typically get you the right basking spot temperature. A fluorescent UVB bulb will not produce a lot of heat anywzy, so the wattage isn't very important, youjust have to see that the bulb is something like a Reptisun 5.0/10.0 or Reptiglo 5.0/10.0, with Reptisun being the better of the two.

well as it turns out my dad was wrong its not a powersun its a solarglo from exoterra. i think its the 125 watt. would that work?
