What does the vet do once you are there? I am not joking... just wondering what he'll do that maybe you could do yourself?
The vet will manually replace the tissue (yes you can do this yourself), apply something to the tissue to reduce swelling and inflammation. And that may be it, but in all likelihood it will prolapse again and then the vet will need to place a stitch over the vent or thrugh the side to keep in the tissue in place without blocking defecation (can't do that at home). Or they may need to amputate a hemipene (can't do that at home).
I really hope you took this poor guy to the vet.
If this is the Cham you are selling make sure you tell the buyer he had a prolaspe.
