itchy eyes?

My cham has been itching his eyes on branches and leaves in his cage. he started doing it a few days ago. his eye is puffy and pushed out when he itches it but when he stops then it goes back in. I don't know why he's doing this help!

One possibility is that he's shedding or about to start shedding. My guy does this too.

His turrets are shedding.. You can see the white shed on them. It is normal for them to rub to try to get it off when it is ready to fall away. If he continues to do this after the shed is off then he may have gotten a piece or something stuck in the eye.

Sometimes Spooble will be rubbing his eye on his branches throughout the day, and I'll be worried, but then I'll see this and be like. Oh that explains it.
It looks terrible! And probably feels just as bad as it looks
