my panther chameleon can't open his eye
when he was shedding he rub his eye to fake tree and i think there is somthing when't in to his eye he try to open his eye but he can't
so shoud go to animal hospital?

You can try hand misting. Helping him flush his eye, seeing if that will resolve the issue.

Putting him in the shower on a plant and have the warm water bounce off the wall on to him helps too

The spray bottle you use to mist the cage. You can also get one at Home Depot for 98¢.

i think shedding and it has little bit of white stuff on his eye

You can flush the eye with plain saline (without anything else in it) you can use an eyedropper to flush it really well. Sometimes the closing of one eye is related to a vitamin A deficiency or some other type of infection. Terramycin works well for eye infections.
