He looks a little dehydrated to me. Maybe it's just the lighting. I know you said the urates are white, but it never hurts to increase hydration when there's a problem. I would up the misting a bit.
U guys please help!!!! His tounge doesnt even go all the way out now i have to tong feed him but his tounge got stuck on the tong and it looked like it hurt i got a new repti sun 5.0 18'' uvb and it looks like he gets dehydrated fast his tail sometimes raps around his legs and he grabs his legs and when i fed him 2day his tounge tried to go about 3 inches away and it went about 2 inches out and then curved and it happened 2 or 3 times can some one please help me i dont think he has mbd because he has never had or has curved joints and would liquid calcium help by any chance?

I know that you want to find the core issue, but I have to tell you, an animal that is not properly hydrated cannot respond well so you need to address that.
kinyonga: i dont think he means it is hanging out. it sounds to me he is witnessing where they stick the tongue out a ways before they let loose and give it all they have.
i bet most of this is could be solved with proper hydration, uvb lighting and liquid calcium.
its not hanging out i had that problem without my other male R.I.P. he was good but any way i will mist four times a day and ice cubes 3 times a day and i will put him out side as much as possible but who is trex and where can i get liquid calcium?
