Looks like shed. What kind of UV are you using? You will also need three supplements to dust with. Calcium without D3 for almost everyday use, Calcium with D3 for twice a month use and a mulit vit. for once to twice a month use.

looks like left over peices of shedded skin to me, if the skin is on there long enough, ive heard that bacteria can grow under the skin.

thats what it looks like to me :p

Give him some nice extra long mistings with water.....not Nature's Reptile Vita-Spray and buy him some live "safe plants".

Could you please post some more pics, especially showing his legs? How old is he? He appears to have a really small casque and from what I can see, that front leg looks really thin.

Are you using UVB? What kind (long tube style or compact CFL)? What brand is it? The most commonly recommended and used is the Reptisun 5.0 linear (long tube) UVB bulb. As already mentioned, a calcium with NO D3 should be used at every feeding. I wouldn't bother with the vitamin spray. You can use a multi-vitamin powder 1-2x per month.

I feel like I am posting these links a lot, but they contain excellent much needed info:

Like Heather, I am also worried about the health of your chameleon. What i suggest is you go through the "How to ask for help" form here: https://www.chameleonforums.com/how-ask-help-66/ . I feel like you definately need a good review of your whole setup. Please, take time to answer all the infos correctly, with as much details as possible. We then should be able to give you the proper information you need!

That Vita-Spray is a waste of money IMHO. Your cham isn't going to absorb much of anything through its skin. You say you have dusted one time in the month you've had him? Not enough...there are some very good articles about veiled chams referenced here that you should read so we can help you further.
