I have a lot of moss in my enclosures but I have a new panther cham which supposedly does not eat plants??? He already ate 2 big chunks will he get impacted??

Yes it real moss I cultivate a few months agoReal moss should be fine. Fake moss is bad. Yes they will graze on leave/moss/bark.

I well be sure to keep track of the moss growth it helps with the humidity that you are right! I'll keep a eye to make sure he is all good to go!Good looking cham you got there. If no issues with munching on moss, Please also keep an eye on the humidity. That type of live moss maybe the solution to keeping the humidity up for panthers. Maybe start a chart to see if once it takes hold and starts growing on its own the humidity may rise. Then you can share your findings and know how with the forum. Just a thought. I hear a lot of members have and worry about keeping humidity levels up, it would be a nice option to add to terrariums if it helps.
