Feeding ...I would stop using mealworms and use crickets, roaches, locusts, superworms, hornworms, silkworms, once in a while ...waxworms, etc.
Supplements ...you need to dust the insects just before feeding them to the chameleon at almost every feeding with a phosphorous-free calcium powder. It's recommended that you dust twice a month with a phosphorous-free calcium/D3 powder and twice a month with a Vitamin powder that contains a beta carotene prOformed source of vitamin A. If the chameleon needs it you should dust once or twice a month with a vitamin powder with a prEformed source of vitamin A.
Feeding/gutloading insects....crickets, superworms, roaches, locusts can be fed and gutloaded with greens such as dandelion greens, kale, endive, escarole, collards, veggies such as carrots, squash, zucchini, sweet potato, sweet red pepper, and a bit of fruit such as berries, apples, pears, melon.
You said you have a heater...how cold does it get without the heater? Is the heater blowing on the cage?
You said..."One for light and one for heat. I keep the heat one on all day with an additional heater because it's to cold if I don't. Turn the light one off at night"...is one of the lights UVB? What is the heat light? So you have one light on all night??? Why?? Which one?
You said..." it steamy water to bring up the humidity" Do you mean hot or misty?
You said..."She wont hiss and will kind of let me hold her but she absolutely hates it but lately she hasn't been eating as much as she used to"...they often don't like to be handled...most tolerate it but don't love it. It's a concern that she's not eating as much at that age.
