Help!!!!

I got some elliots chameleons at a recent herp expo .there in somewhat of rough
Shape but I think I can nurse em back to health and might even want to start breeding them . I just need any advice possible on these chams though so I know what to do with these guys going forward

I got 2 1 male 1 female males in really rough shape though the guy said that they were cb though because Uganda was shut down didn't know wether to completely believe him or not
