Help with drainage

I have a medium repti breeze and I need some help or tips for drainage. I have his cage on a table and a lot of water from his dipper or when I mist the water spills onto the plastic cover I have under the table so the carpet won't get wet.

Hopefully some when can help me with drain of the water so it won't fall to the floor
