HELP, Prolapse or Sperm Plug???

not sure what it is but this started after i fed him a pretty big horn worm. at first i thought it was just constipation so i gave him cod liver oil he did defecate but this continued.

It looks like a sperm plug to me. Try spraying the area really will with warm water to soften it and see if it loosens up a bit. If he can't pass it himself you might have to soften it up enough so you can gently remove it.
