Help please

my panther chameleon rex woke up with one of his eyes inflamed, the round part is swollen and the eye had a crust over it. how should i treat it?

You can get some regular saline solution, no added chemicals, and put a tiny drop in the affected eye several times a day.
also warm showers, to help remove crustyness and to help with anything that might be in the eye affecting it as well.
Also, it may require a vet trip for antibiotic drops and such, depending on what happens with the eye.
