Help Please

Chameleon Info: Ive had my blue bar ambilobe male for about 3 weeks. He is around 3 months old
Handling - a couple times a week
Feeding - I drop 3-5 powdered crickets a day. He also has a mealworm dish....that he pays no attention to.
Supplements - calcium powder
Watering - I use a drip system with a few mists a day. He seems to drink fine.
Fecal Description - He has a couple small drops that seem pretty solid.

Cage Info:
Cage Type - I only have a glass 10 gallon tank with a mesh top at the moment but I have a mesh 16x16x20 cage on the way.
Lighting - I have a uvb light on a timer during the day with an ultraviolet heat lamp on top of the cage all day.
Temperature - Stays around 75-80 degrees all day
Humidity - I mist a couple times a day
Plants - Im using fake vines with leaves wrapped around to pieces gnarled wood
Placement - On top of a desk about 3 feet off of the ground with no fans on it.
Location - Marietta, Georgia

Current Problem - -He doesnt seem to eat more than 1 or 2 crickets a day that I drop in.
-He pays no attention to the mealworms in his food dish
-He falls asleep around 8:30-9:00 and wakes up around noon. Is this normal?
-Am i just a worried parent?
(side question -Whats the best way to catch water for a drop system?)

Feeding - I drop 3-5 powdered crickets a day. He also has a mealworm dish....that he pays no attention to. Technically a baby his age should be eating 10-15 smalls a day, but he is probably still adjusting to his new home
Supplements - calcium powder you need 3 supplements, calcium with no d3 and no phosphorus every feeding, calcium with d3 2x a month, and a multivitamin 2x amonth
Watering - I use a drip system with a few mists a day. He seems to drink fine.

Plants - Im using fake vines with leaves wrapped around to pieces gnarled wood IF you want real ones, which wil help keep your humidity up, scheffelera and pothos are good, especially since some chams munch on them

-He falls asleep around 8:30-9:00 and wakes up around noon. Is this normal? when he falls asleep, yes it normal, when hewakes up, its a bit late, what is your lighting schedule like?
-Am i just a worried parent?
(side question -Whats the best way to catch water for a drop system?)

He should be eating a lot more than that. How big are the crickets you are feeding? If they are bigger than the space between his eyes then you may need to get smaller crickets. You do not need a light on at night and for drip system I drill holes in the center of the bottom of the cage and hot glue aluminum screen underneath. Have the cage raised up with a bucket to catch the water

He does get some pretty hefty crickets. The breeder said he was on 1/4 crickets and he's had a couple big ones. maybe he just gets fuller faster off of the big ones? His lights turn off at 10ish and turn on at 9ish. I am upgrading to a different cage in which I intend to add real plants to. Im gonna take out the mealworms, should i replace them with waxworms to see if he likes those?

If he is eating bigger crickets, then yes he would eat less crickets. You can replace with mealworms, but dont be surprised if you cham doesnt take to them right away. Kink looked at me like i told him to dance a jig when I put his first waxworm in his cage.

You don't want the crickets to be too big, measure by the space between his eyes. Wax worms are very high in fat and should only be offered as an occasional treat, I would offer small silkworms, small hornworms or butter worms
