Help please

I woke up to the sound of hissing so I checked on my female panther and I found her hung by her neck in a vine I took her down and put a warm rag around her. She's not moving at all but every couple minutes she starts gasping for air then goes back to not moving

This was about an hour ago she's still in a warm rag

im sorry for your loss, i might have a passed chameleon on my hands too :'( i dont have enough money to take her to the vet
