Hi, so I just noticed my chameleon has white stuff on her nose, it’s both sides. Can someone please help me, tell me what it is and how to help her?? I’ve added a photo

The same thing is happening to my cam! I was like what is that!? I thought it was skin or her nostrils lol. ? Everyone here is so helpful.
