help on sleeping habits

i always shut my chams lights off at 10:30 every night but last night i didn’t get to shut her lights off until 12:30. she woke up at 9 so i went ahead and turned her lights on for her but tonight she won’t go to sleep which i expected but will this cause her too much stress trying to go back to her normal sleeping patterns? this is my first cham so i’m not quite sure about stuff like this. it’s 11:50 right now and she’s in her usual sleeping spot with her tail curled up but her eyes are open and she’s just looking around.

I would strongly suggest getting an outlet timer for your lights so that they can turn on and off at a consistent time automatically. They're super cheap and you can pick them up at places like Walmart, Target, etc.
