HELP! Need identification on hard spots?

Hi guys,

I joined the forum because I wanted an initial opinion on what these hard spots (like cyst) on my chameleon are.
One is located on his lip and the other on the base of his tail. Please see pictures, apologies for the poor quality.

There isn't many specialists that deal with exotic animals where I live, so i'd have to drive a fair distance for someone to say "don't worry about it" or "it's nothing to worry about".

In terms of information about my chameleon:

Name - Skittles
Age - 3 years
Enclosure - Zoo Med Repti Breeze Screen Cage, 61 x 61 x 122 cm
UVB - In Arcadia canopy - With UVB 12% D3 lamp from Arcadia (12% is slightly high, but its because his basking branch isn't close to the top.
Temperature - Generally around 28-30 degrees C in basking - 25 in shaded area.
Humidity is around 70-90 during misting and around 30-40 throughout the day.

Food - Mix of extra large locusts (sometimes adult) and some Morio Worms, couple of Wax worms every two weeks. All dusted with Repashy Calcium Plus

Not sure what other information is needed, but am happy to supply if required :)

Thanks in advance everyone :)

So I see some chameleons at Petco that have some very similar spots on them and ask them what it was and they said it was a chameleon pox virus could be calcium tho or may where the feeders might have bit him?

It looks like a disease process and only a vet can tell for sure, probably with a biopsy or skin scraping. Be very careful of passing some sort of contagion to other animals, including your other animals and those at reptile shows and pet shops.

I would find a vet who is at least willing to look at the pictures. It could be anything from a benign lump, to cancer, or injury. Perhaps you could correspond via email.
