How do you breed panther chams ??

There's a whole forum dedicated to breeding. But didn't u say u just got your first cham? I wouldn't recommend it at all

To breed panther chameleons you first should determine wether the female is ready to breed (when she is ready she will be a dull orange color.) Once the female is ready you should place the male in the females cage not the other way around or the male may be very territorial. Once you see that the chameleons have mated or if you see any aggression they must be separated immediately then you should create the egg laying bin and so on......

You can read up on it but know that it involves a lot of preparation and knowledge, so we recommend that no one just leaps into this. It's not like breeding geckos where you get 2 eggs and that's it. Chameleons can lay 50+ eggs, which can take 9+ months to hatch, and who will eat a lot when they hatch. Not to mention the health of the mother, who needs to be in superb health and on an excellent diet/supplement schedule! And it can be very expensive. So lots to read up on!

To ad to Olympia's comments, the female can lay at least 3 fertile clutches from a single mating. It's not uncommon to get 100 eggs from a single female bred 1 time.
