I'm sure others with more experience will weigh in but my experience is that after a month, the one with fungus on them and changing to a yellow color are not fertile. The substrate should remain moist, even add a little water during incubation in order to keep the humidity up. Fertile eggs should grow and remain white during incubation.
Sorry to be the barer of bad news.

You still haven't done much research.....

The eggs in the first few pictures look fine to me. I don't know what you're talking about. The yellow ones.. Maybe infertile.

Switching the eggs to perlite with no water? That's a death sentence. I'm sure by the time you read this most of your eggs will be dried out and dead. You are not supposed to keep them in dry substrate. You are supposed to make the perlite moist. You should know this. Also you're constantly touching and moving the eggs they will probably die from your constant interference alone. You should have left the eggs in the medium they were in. Now you're going to have to remove them again, add the right amount of water to the perlite and place them back in there and into the incubator.

I also don't think you could be seeing red veins all over the eggs at just a month of incubation.
