And to solve the question: Its a Bradypodion ventrale or karrooicum. Or a mixture, since in this area a genflow between those two species is existing

since you found him outside,instead of buying all the lighting just get him a 4 foot fall sreen cage and keep him out side and mist him about 3 times a day and provide him with a dripper or ice cubes if the night temps drop below normal bring him in for the night make sure he has a basking spot but alsomake sure the sun is not frying him all day as in the wild he would have alot more foliage to hide and stay cool feed him reguraly good luck
