Help laying bin

I was told I have to get a laying bin set up for my Cham she's around 6 months from what i was told, but anyways was just curious what people's favorite soil is to use is and if using a plant in the soil is better and how wide and deep to make it all the information I can get the better think you

I hope this isn't a stupid question but does washed play sand mean you hand wash it on your own with just water or you but washed okay sand at like Home Depot and should you mix if with organic soil or is it good on it's own?

I use just sand but some members mix it. Either way is good as long as it holds a tunnel and wont collapse on your female. I rinse the sand with water in a large bucket before adding it to the bin.
