By, "Put moss to my veiled chameleon" are you intending to feed the moss to your chameleon or use moss in your chameleons enclosure? I would say you should do neither. No Moss!
I would also advise against using moss, to feed definatly a no, and as a substrate it could be a possible chokeing or ingestion hazzard as well as a problem with holding moisture and bacteria build up. JMO
