HELP HIS SKIN CAME OFF

I had my chameleon out of his cage one day and he had a little slip, he was fine after didn’t seem like it hurt but I noticed part of his spike fell off. What should I do? It doesn’t seem to hurt him but I don’t want him gettin infected or anything please help

Fill out the ask for help form. I recommend a vet visit for treatment to prevent infection. Please provide pictures of him, his enclosure, and supplies.

I use non pain relief neosporin on small open wounds. Kills infections and promotes quicker healing. I’ve used it for years. Just keep an eye on it , if it gets worse /Vet time.
