HELP! Female veiled acting aggressive

I've had my female for about 11 months now. Yesterday she started acting very aggressive and staying in darker colors ranging from dark green with vaguely yellow spots to a nearly black color. She hasnt eaten since yesterday morning and she doesn't seem to want to move around very much. She stares at me with piercing eyes like she hates me.
She is usually a light green and prior to the color change she was showing darker spots for a few days, but still eating. She was always very receiving ", calm, and submissive before all of this. The photo attached is the base of her setup, which has been there since she was 6 months because there was a point and time when she seemed unusually large and i thought she may have needed to lay. We have not mated her either so if she has eggs, they'd be infertile.
Any input???

Chams tend to change their behavior with time. So she might just be in a grympy period!
EDIT: The more I look at her she is starting to look like she got eggs... Im not sure.. Let some more experienced keeper confirm this.

Odd thing was.. We had put her in the juvenile male's enclosure so that he could have a little time free roaming since she doesnt want to share her tree. That was only for less than 30mind while we ran out on a quick errand. When we came back, she was the darkest color i had ever seen her! Since taking her out she's been acting this way. I honestly thought she was just extremely bitter and mad about putting her in there, like a bratty child, but she's still moody! ;___; NOTHING like my usual Cami :( Was hoping she'd get over it after a night's sleep, but she's still acting weird. She didn't even sleep in her usual spot either.

Yea its all sand here. Would 50 sand and 50 peat moss work? Or the ground coconut stuff? I dont really have dirt at the moment

That should work. I've had success with just regular damp sand too. Definitely sounds like she needs to lay soon. If you search lay boxes this forum has a ton of great conversations about them.

Ok so I'll try the 50/50. Maybe she's not familiar with the sand texture or look, that or she's used to seeing it there and has no interest in it. I just tried to feel for eggs in her tummy but didn't feel anything round, unless I'm doing it wrong. She's always looked relatively large and chubby too. We took her to a local exotic reptile store and the worker thought she was a year old when she was only 6 months at the time.
Her "enclosure" is set up in half of the closet, should we leave the doors closed and give her privacy during this funky mood she's in??
