[help] Feeding cup! ideas?

Hi I am switching to cup feeding, before i would just let the crickets free in cage and he would catch them just fine, but its become much of a hassle and mess. If anyone can kindly give me ideas and suggestions that work for them for cup feeding. like what kind of cup, clean or not, how high to post it in cage...etc

It is for a 5 1/2 month old Nosy Be Panther.

That seems fine but make sure the edges of the cup arent sharp and also your enclosure could use some more foliage as that schefflera does not seem to dense.

This is my set up, so I can pull it out and put the crickets in,
I've cut the bottom out and got glued screen mesh to it so any water that might go in doesn't drown the crickets, and it's cheap just 2 plastic cup, I also try to put it some where he walks above so he can see it and come down and eat
