Bodhi my nosy be will not poop in his new cage, he had never liked to poop in his cage but now he holds it till er let him out. He's about seven months he is from the kammers the sire was Caranthir. Bodhi is awesome and I just want to keep him healthy. Here are some pictures of the gift he left on the window this morning. And a picture of my girlfriend holding him to show his size.

it is just the way it is and that is where he wants to poop. My chameleon will poop anywhere now, but for the longest time he would only poop out on my patio when he was free ranging. If I spray him directly with warm water in his cage he will poop almost instantly! It is like an automatic enema! lol! Be glad he is pooping somewhere and not at all!!!

i guess so.

but he saves it for days at a time, is that not bad?

What is his basking temp? If its not high enough he may be having trouble digesting the food. How many days are we talking about?

we went out of town for four days and he did not do his duty till we got back and let him out as soon as he got out he started to go. So I don't think it's that he can't go I think he wants to keep his cage clean. When he was in the small cage he would hang of the bottom branch and get it to hit the floor. I just don't want his to have problems from holding it.
I'll check the temp I put the gauges in the smaller cage to get ready for our new baby Ambanja.

That's honestly what I though he is just being a brat and has figured out we will let him out if he does not poop. I think he will end up free ranging and when Ranger jr get's bigger he can have the 2x2x4 we just got. Thanks for looking so quick. look at the poop its huge.

Just checking;) Mine has never gone that long, maybe two days. My guy is picky about where he goes, but he free ranges. Always goes in the back corner of the water catcher tray.;)

i thought we had that prob with one of our chams, then i looked in the plant pot and found it full of little turds
