A photo would really help. Chameleons do develop tumors and other issues that can be observed on the surface of the skin. A bending of the casque, with a red lump appearing later, could be several things.
A close up photo of the area, and a good sharp full body photo, would help. Are you able to take and upload photos?

Usually when a casque is bent like that it is a sign of MBD (Metabollic Bone Disorder) I would suggest taking him to the vet. There's a lot of helpful info here on what to do in this case, but usually it will still involve you going to the vet.
I'm not sure what the lump is from, but a vet should be able to help you as well.
Also, fill this out. It will help everyone get a full idea on what is going on.
Cage Info:
* Cage Type - Describe your cage (Glass, Screen, Combo?) What are the dimensions?
* Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule?
* Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps?
* Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity?
* Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind?
* Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor?
* Location - Where are you geographically located?

* Your Chameleon - The species, sex, and age of your chameleon. How long has it been in your care?
* Handling - How often do you handle your chameleon?
* Feeding - What are you feeding your cham? What amount? What is the schedule? How are you gut-loading your feeders?
* Supplements - What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the schedule?
* Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long to you mist? Do you see your chameleon drinking?
* Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites?
* History - Any previous information about your cham that might be useful to others when trying to help you.
* Current Problem - The current problem that you are concerned about.

His legs dont look like they have MBD to me. Im not much of an expert on MBD though.
I was thinking that the bump was going to be aburn but after looking at the picture it doesnt seem like a burn.....Im at a complete loss maybe its the start of a tumor of some sort.....

Maybe he might be getting TOOOOO much calcium and itsa calcium deposit...Dont there casque store things??? It would amke since that the extra calcium might build up in the casque.......

Does it say to use them together though?
I would think you would either use one or the other. I just use calcium on food and thats it and My chams are all fine.

I wont say to stop or not to. I dont believe I have enough experience with chameleons to make that choice. I would wait for a senior member to tell you ya or na or that question.

I have a chameleon with a bend in his casque as well, healthy as heck, he just got too close to his light all the time and his casque was almost always touching the top of the screen!
I believe that if a chameleon is too close to heat and to the top of the screen, it will eventually cause the casque to bend.
Calcium and minerals usually come out of the nose as a white substance.
