Hello fellow Chameleon fans. It said introduce yourself so my name is Dave and I keep lizards. Have 2 Chameleons now. Male is 8 months and female is 5 months. Both thriving, am very happy. In separate vivs of course, had the age old problem of buying 2 baby males from the pet shop and when they got to 3 months old they couldn't stay together. Had to swap it at another pet shop so at least I know they're from different batches. Anyway, that's my introduction. I don't only talk about the lizards and I'm not on any other forums right now so I might hang around a bit......

I forgot to mention mine are Veileds and I've kept one before. Didn't go great but not really my fault. I shouldn't have bought a heavily disabled Cham on the cheap when I was 18, but I got her through 2 phantom pregnancies and she lived to about 2 1/2 years old. Glad to be here mate, it seem like this forum will be a useful resource, and seems like a good atmos too.

Welcome to the forum! There is lots of good information here....and lots of chameleon addicts!
Aye, I've lurked a bit before posting, partly because of complications with a surprise need to keep two big vivs up and running, and I wanted to have a near perfect setup before I come on here with all the experience on show. I don't want too much criticism, even if it is all constructive

Welcome from me as well!
loved the "aye" in your post!
wish native californians sounded cool when we talk. But we just don't :(
Oh well, keep posting so I can hear the accent!

Californians sound pretty exotic to me though baby, and round my way the 'aye' is more likely to be old and fuddy-duddy than cool street slang.......anyway, I'm only 29 and I just wrote fuddy-duddy on an internet forum so I guess that makes me sound a lot less cool
