Heat Bulb

My heat bulb blew out this morning so I have a spare in now. I don't want to buy an expensive one from a pet store. What type of bulb d you guys use and where did you get it from

I'm just using normal house bulbs from walmart. Like 1.50 for 4 bulbs.

40 watt house bulb, gives me low to mid 80's

I use this bulb and it is from some company called Noma and I use 50 w
You can get like 10 for the price of 1 of those expensive ones!try to find it!it works great!

My girl has a 40W round bulb, cost £1 from local shop. My boy has a 100W spot light. Just normal incandescent bulbs.

Both of my male Chams have a 40w spot light. A pack of 2 costs me £2

I use standard household tungsten incandesent bulbs. I bought a case of 40watt and a case of 60watts, and half a case of 100watts. Buying in bulk brought the price down to about 15 cents a bulb. Plus the 60 and 100w bulbs are expected to be phased out in my country (due to their inefficiency), so I've got some to last me awhile. the 40w are for summer, the 60 and 100 for winter when my home is cooler.

Right now a 100watt incandescent until I can get a pack of 40's
I replaced my 'red' heat bulb which is simply a standard bulb with red glass when I decided I didn't like the color shift in the cage. I really wanted white light.
