Handling - How often do you handle your chameleon?
About once every 2 weeks, hand feed mostly every feeding
Feeding - What are you feeding your cham? What amount? What is the schedule? How are you gut-loading your feeders?
I feed him Dubia roaches(main), he only eats them when I'm holding it for him(ANNOYING), I recently bought the shooting gallery, left 15 dubias inside. Its been 2 days
since he's eaten one. Silkworms, Giant Green banana roaches, BSFL. Dubia+Banana roaches are mainly gutloaded with Bug Burger or Carrots(organic)
Supplements - What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the schedule?
Calcium Plus LOD every feeding, lightly dusted
Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long to you mist? Do you see your chameleon drinking?
Mist king, 9am for 3 minutes, 12 noon for 3 minutes, 3pm for 3 minutes, 6pm for 3 minutes, 7:30pm for 3 minutes. 8-8 12 hour schedule
Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites?
White urate, brown fecal, no smell. Never has had a fecal done, cham vets have very bad reviews in my area 07650 NJ I have a vet for emergencys way up north in New York, 3 hours away in case she is needed

Cage Type - Describe your cage (Glass, Screen, Combo?) What are the dimensions?

Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule?
Arcadia 6%, 6700k light dual fixture, deep dome lamp 75 watt flood light
Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps?
Basking spot 88-90 degrees, floor is 70 degrees. Lowest overnight temps get to around 65 degrees ambient. (temp gun)
Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity?
Humidity after a mist is arround 80-90, once dry its about 50%, 2 sides of the cage is blocked by corrrugated plastic sheets to maintain humidity (humidity gauge)
Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind?

Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor?
Corner of my room, no fans, vents, moderate traffic(me being in the room), the cage is 3ft off the ground

Current Problem - The current problem you are concerned about.
Just wanted to do one of these, haven't done one before, maybe fix mistakes that I've made.
1. Chameleon's color also became less vibrant than before, but it is winter time and I've heard that happens.
2. He eats Dubia roaches fine, just only if I'm holding it, ordered Reptaid to see if that helps him eat on his own.
