Hatchling Series Cage
Our Chameleons enter the world as a blank canvas and transform into beautiful pieces of art, so why shouldn’t our cages be the showcase to display your masterpieces!

Personalize your cage, organize your babies, show off your COLORS! All of our Hatchling Series cage come with two Reusable Rubber Twist Ties that have a tough rubber shell that provides excellent grip, a strong wire inside that holds its shape, and a range of bright colors to catch your eye!
The Hatchling series cage was developed to provide breeders like us with a versatile setup for raising baby chameleons from the egg to the time they find their forever homes. We designed these cages to house newborn hatchlings in smaller groups so they can be monitored more efficiently and as they grow up, they can be migrated into their own individual cages until they would be ready for their new owner.
We were faced with two options for raising our little ones. Either we had to raise them in community bins with entire clutches being raised together which lead to bullying and difficultly in monitoring individual progress or in small individual cages which requires a large number of cages and additional supplies for each which becomes very costly. So we designed the Hatchling Series cage system that takes the best of both worlds and places them in one extremely versatile system.
Cage Features
We are breaking the mold when it comes to standard screen cages. Canvas chameleons is the only supplier on the market today to offer these unique and unheard of features. They were invented by us specifically for our cages.
Custom Sizing – We engineered these cages to fix on standard shelving. They work on virtually any size shelf, place 3 side by side for 36” shelves or 4 for 48”. The height is also designed to allow for both lighting and misting to be place on top of the cages without hitting the next shelf above.
Corkboard backing - Corkboard comes pre installed on the back of all our Hatchling Cages. This provides an excellent climbing surface for both the babies as well as the feeders so they can make their way to the top where the little ones prefer to feed. It also adds a nice visual touch to the over cage design
Flexible Vines - All of our Hatchling Series cages come with two Reusable Rubber Twist Ties that have a tough rubber shell that provides excellent grip, a strong wire inside that holds its shape, and a range of bright colors to catch your eye! Use them to help organize your cages by age, clutch, sex or to add a splash of color to your setups. Choose from Pink, Blue, Orange, Green, Yellow, Black, Grey, Brown, Beige, or Dark Green.
Beige PVC – All our cages use a beautiful beige PVC over the standard white. The beige complements the bronze tacking and really gives the overall cage an appealing look.
Bronze Aluminum Tracking – Break away from the metal look of standard cages and enjoy the naturalistic look of a cage with colors similar to that the chameleons environment.
Hanging Plants - Every cage needs plants so why not add them directly to your order and save on shipping cost. We recommend one hanging plant for a cage being used mainly for single juvenile raising and two for housing multiple babies to provide plenty of cover for hiding.
Shipping – Choose from your cages being shipped assembled for instant setup or un-assembled to save on shipping costs for multiple cage orders.
