It was a really good book… Its funny to think that if you did not already know a lot of the common animals in today’s reptile market were at one time (and some still are) HIGHLY illegal and even some of the “legal” ones were questionable. Founder stock of many common snakes, lizards, birds ECT were via smuggled animals. One of the best examples of this is the bearded dragon.
