Has anyone ever lost a cham??

Lost as in went missing or lost as in died?

if so Yes to both.

My male hoehnelli went missing for over 24 hours. found him 20 feet away in another room, hed crawled under a door.
Hes fine now.

I had a female jax die in my hands last week. she was 3 months old, id had her 3 weeks.

I lose mine all the time, i have over 40 large plants in my living room she leaves her cage and goes where ever she wants. then when i try to find her its almost impossible. I have been looking right at her and didn't notice til she lunged at my face for getting to close.

This isn't about a Cham but I lost my leopard gecko.

1 whole year later I found it in a draw of Lego still alive and I have him now!! Dono what he ate but it's pretty amazing

Thats crazy lol! If i ever left zuggies cage open i reckon he would make an escape deffo he's always waiting till you open the cage to come out!

I lost one of my tortoises. They were both in their outdoor pen, when I went to bring them in at dusk (I'm an over-protective parent!) I could only find one. Tried to play detective, but could see where he could have got out. Stood in disbelief, wondering if I should go search the neighbour's garden, when I heard tiny munching noises. He was in the lettuce patch, and was so full of veggies he couldn't even be bothered to try to run away!

I loose mine on a daily since he's decided to take over the entire house because his huge free range isn't enough I caught him last night 30ft away on top of the beardies cage taunting them then the other night couldn't find him anywhere walked right by him at least a dozen time to find him on the refrigerator door handle don't ask me how he got on there because I'm still puzzled I can't think of a way he could've reached it in any direction :0
