hanging from branches upside down...

so my 2.5 month old panther i've had for little over a month was hanging from his tail today twice... had his tail wrapped around a vine and just hanging. is this normal? i've never seen him do this before and i found him doing it twice today

Completely normal. It's like a fifth limb. Before I had all the plants siliconed in his cage, he one time fell but caught himself with his tail.
