I always want to hold my chameleon but he
Gets scared and tries to avoid me, what should
I doooooo!!!!!!!! He is just 3 months old.

Try to use gentle movements around him. Also try to hand and cupfeed, and free range. It may take a long time. However, it is not guaranteed that he will ever become "tame", even doing everything I recommended.

When you are around to supervise you can watch him hang out in a large plant or tree. Once out of the cage they are normally more friendly and less territorial.
