Hand Feeding

OK,
My chams usually have no problem hand feeding..But its me with the prob........sometimes when they hand feed thier little tongues stick to my finger and takes a few seconds to unstick...when my chams do this and try to pull thier tongues back they pull themselves to my finger....is this bad? should i stop the hand feeding......

Try resting the feeder in your palm, rather than holding in your fingers. This will probably help the problem .

Also, don't wiggle them around or anything such as that. It can confuse your chameleons; There may be a misconspetion with your chameleons, as they may think your fingers are wriggling worms, so I would do what Jenna suggested.
