Hand feeding

so when trying to start hand feeding should i not let crickets and other bugs loose in her cage? just feed her from my hand?

If you get anything to work for you let me know because thus far I've had no success with it. I just hold a hornworm (seems to be his favorite) in the enclosure near him for up to 15 minutes and wait for him to hit it which is what I've been advised to do! Even though he hasn't yet I'm not giving up lol

That's exactly what I have been doing and no success either. Hopefully I'll make a break through soon!
