Hand feeding

He eats fine I just wanna know tips for handing feeding treats. What treats are best to use to feed by hand? What's the best technique? Any advice and tips are welcome

Can you two give advice I'm still new to this to so don't know much

You need to find their favorite bug by trial and error and then only give it as a treat or at the end of feeding. My guy LOVES super worms. I now only hand feed them. I'm pretty sure he checks me out for them now.
Dubia are more enticing if held in your palm on their back to their feet wave "in the air like they just don't care".

The best way to gain trust is to act trustworthy. Don't act like a predator. Move very slowly. Don't look them directly in the face, even looking at their tail is much less frightening than to look them intently in the face, which is what predators do.
