How do you hand feed?

Well you can hold your hand out flat and put a worm on your palm and hold it out to the chameleon or between your fingers

Put a insect between your thumb and index finger, and place approximately 1 foot in front of recipient.

dont give up with most ew chameleons it can take up to like 3-5 mins of just holding it still but sooner of later he/she will realize you not a threat and you have food and take it out of your hand. I find mine like supers out of the hand the most because they move around in between you fingers alot.

Stand there completely still with a bug between your fingers, try and line your body up with your arm.
It my take time especially if you just got your chameleon

I would never use an instrument to hold a bug for my cham. It could damage or injury your chams tongue. JMO.
