Halogen bulbs...

Ya even here in canada there trying to switch them out people go crazzy and are stocking up on the old style

I searched Asda for old style ones no luck. Bought a halogen one but couldn't enough heat from it so dug around at home and found what I wanted. It's going to take a lot of trial and error to get the right temps with halogen.:)

That's my thought also Kate, it's going to take some tinkering to get an acceptable temp.

I am not sure about the halogens... but if you can get these lamps you are far better off than using a 100w household bulb:

The halogen bulbs do in fact get very hot.the efficiency come from providing the same light with less electricity therefore a lower wattages.I haven't tried any yet so I don't know what wattages relate to what temps.just try them out for temps before putting them over your chams
