Half and Half?

My J Xanth turns brown on one side of her body and green brown on the other side.
Anyone know why?

Is she basking? Sometimes they will turn there body and let one side absorb the heat and the other side will be a lighter color.

Yes, she does this when she basks.

So she just asorbing heat on that one side, got it!
