Habba Mister from Zoo Med

Does anyone have any experience with the Habba Mister from Zoo Med? Also where is a good place to get cage and supplies at a discount price?

I personally haven't used it at all. but i haven't heard good things. look at the site sponsers. Mist King sells great misters that I've heard. the habba misters spit and just not good.
go through the site sponsers for the supplies, also check out LLLreptile.com they sell the cages, lights and everything else. but i would first go to the site sponsers

Look forward to using the Habba Mist as a sophisticated drip-machine. If you want mist, look elsewhere. I have a Habba Mist and I use it as a timed dripper that has range. Essentially it does make a kind of spray, but its definitely not a mist and the range is not that far. The way I use it is I place is on the top of my cage pointed sideways so it drips through the screen in different places where the drops from the spray land. That's why I call it a sophisticated drip machine. You can cut a hole in your screen and try to use it to mist but it won't spray too far. The mistking starter kit is $100, Habba Mist is $40. Also, my understanding is that essentially your Mist King reservoir is as big as the bucket you use, which is a great advantage besides the fact that it actually WORKS lol. One downside of the Habba Mist is that you have to refill it everyday. If you are gone for 2 or 3 days, you can't expect to rely on the Habba Mist. This is my personal experience. As a timed drip machine I think its good for what it does, just probably not worth the price unless it comes in a kit, and NO MIST. Should be called the Habba Timed Drip System.

I use a Mistking which is great.
I have not tried it but have heard other people refer to it as the "Habba Dribble"

I would go with the mist king just because it has a better mist, prolly wont break any time soon, and can be hooked up to multiple cages.
Its 50 bucks more for the starter kit but in the end its deff. a better buy.

Thanks to all for the advise. Looks like I need to put that on my wish list until then just mist away. lol
