Habba Mist...Good idea???

Mist king GOOD. HabbaMIst BAD! The habbamist is crap don't even waste your time. You can get a good quality MistKing system that will last for years for 99.99 and is worth every penny. If you get out of the cham hobby in a few years you can always resell your mist king and get most of your money back.

No. It shoulda been called the Habba Spit.... It is loud and doesnt mist well. You might want to try the Monsoon or look for a cheaper mist system. I wish I would have used the resources of this forum for this exact subject before I shelled out 85 for one....
I doubt these people even have owned one before. I think they are fine if you get it for the right price, beats hand misting!
They even have two nozzles if you get another chameleon you could use it for both.
The reservoir isn't the largest but you have to tend to you cham ever couple of days so whats the difference.

If you would have read my post you would have seen that I have purhcased and (tried) to use the HabbaMist and it was JUNK..... I actually preferred handmisting to it.

I found a promist on ebay for about 60 bucks....
I like the pump but I wish I woulda been able to find a mistking with lower shipping prices. If you order through them the shipping is 50 bucks unless you live in Canada. There are other US petstore that sell the beginner package with cheaper shipping so if that is what you decide to purchase one I would go with that route.

I agree with the Synster.......AquaZamp is good....TikiTiki has them.....
Also, I've seen the Exo Terra misting system and looks pretty good.....Amazon has them for like 75bucks shipped......at least they did a week ago...

They have similar models at WalMart, Ace, Home Depot, you name it.
Just seems a little expensive for a single chameleon - simple and easy, yes, but expensive nonetheless.The only thing is. I want an automatic one to spray on a schedule instead of tending to it.
-If only their was an automated feeder my chameleon would be set for liiifeeeeeeeee
