my cham is 1 and a half years old, what is the best thing to feed the crickets so eric gets the right nutrition etc?

Totally agree. I have this saved as a list on my phone so I can take it shopping with me when I go to the store. It makes it easy to remember not only what is dangerous for the chams but what packs the most nutritional punch. So I'm not sitting there Googling "are tomatoes poisonous to chameleons?" or something like that when in doubt.
