Gutloading with Kale.

I've been looking through different gutloading feed stuffs and it seems Kale is the perfect ingredient to feed to your bugs. No vitamin A or D3 but it contains calcium.

So Kale, is it a superfood for gut loading as well as for us?

Kale is a great food for gut loading. But it is not a complete gutload as the only thing you use. Use lots of fruits & veggies, same as we Should eat.

Kale can also be high in oxalic acid. So definately it should not be the only gutload item. A variety that provides a range of nutrients especially those high in calcium low in phosphorous: Papaya, oranges, carrots, butternut squash, yam, dandelion leaves, kelp....

Good comment, I will continue with kale and add some variation too.

Thank you for the response, I will research the ingredients you suggest.
